Good Karma Week
13 Comments April 5, 2007 / Posted in General
I have to admit - this week has been pretty cool. Not only have I have had meetings with prospective clients every day this week (in the offline world), but I have had some luck in the online world too.
First off, out of the blue, a few days ago, Mitch Harper, entrepreneur extraordinaire of Interspire-fame, wrote a nice post about me on his site. That sent a bunch of very targeted traffic my way! BTW, welcome HarpzOn readers!
Then, earlier today, I got back from a network install and saw an instant message from John Anthony of Career Ramblings-fame congratulating me on winning the 1234Pens.com Wii contest! The funny thing is that I entered the Wii contest on the very last day when John Chow posted the last minute reminder.
That being said, I have to give some shoutouts to my Good Karma supporters!
- Mitch Harper, you the man!
- The root of all evil, John Chow, oh wait, I mean make money online, you the man!
- …and 1234Pens.com, err, promotional pens, you the man, too!
BTW, for all of you wondering why there is a picture of a dog in this post, that is my dog back home in Washington state. His name is Karma. He is a good dog. Hence, good Karma!

You lucky sonuvab…!
Congrats on winning the contest.
congratulations on the wii . . . i’m still amazed you won after submitting the entry so late . . they must have literally picked you off the top of the pile!
Congrats on the win Nate.
Just make sure you put up a sheet of bullet-proof glass so you don’t lose the controller and throw it through the tv!
Couldn’t have happened to a better person. Congrats!
Thanks, that’s very nice of you to say that! You guys rock!
Haha totally. I have seen so many pictures of broken TV’s from extreme Wii’ing.
I now know my strategy for the next evil contest. LOL.
Thank you! He is a wonderful doggy! In that picture of him, there is a fan blowing in his face.
Morning Nate. Good post - and timely.
I was already in the midst of creating a good karma workshop based on the principal of promoting others without the expectation of immediate return.
