Excuse Me, I have read here ( http://llll.com/domains/leaving-good-blog-comments/) that most comments are NOFOLLOW —- “95%+ of blogs out there, is nofollow. This means no link juice will flow from blog comments. If you think spamming my blog is going to increase you’re pagerank, you’re sadly mistaken. ”

i had tried getting backlinks from wiki and got few links from it several months back. but recently haven’t tried with it and yea blog commenting is easiest and best way to gain quick backlinks

be careful while you use Wikipedia because they have great mods ” they always delete my links ” even if it is about the content , but the time before it deleted i got some traffic .
