Server Problems Now Fixed!

Over the past 2 weeks, our server has shut down from traffic overload three times. Each time I had to manually reboot the server. This morning, I got fed up and called Media Temple, our server provider, to find out what was going on.

Apparently our max-client-limit was only at 10. That means that during any single moment, only 10 people can connect to the server. Mathematically, the chances of that happening are very slim, but as my blog has started to receive more traffic and we are now hosting Techzi, it has proven to be too much traffic for the server to handle.

Fortunately, Andrew at Media Temple raised our max-client-limit to 50 now, so that at any given moment, up to 50 people will be able to connect to our server at the same time. Thanks to Media Temple for their excellent service.
