T-Shirt Friday: Fat Man Unleashed

Fat Man Unleashed

Thanks to Israel Lagares, aka Fat Man Unleashed, for sending me this awesome t-shirt.

Israel started Fat Man Unleashed in May of 2007 – a few months after I started my blog (January of 2007). UBD redesigned Fat Man Unleashed in October of 2007. Back then, FMU had only around 400 RSS subscribers. Today, Fat Man Unleashed has nearly 4000 readers! Talk about an online success story!

Israel recently started a social voting site specifically tailored to the health community called HealthRanker. HealthRanker has received mentions on many top blogs and is quickly becoming an authority in the social media circle.

Congratulations goes to Israel for creating two very popular and highly-trafficked websites! Make sure to check out Fat Man Unleashed and HealthRanker.

P.S. – The UBD Block Ad Plugin is here!

  1. Have just visited both the sites. The former is quite interesting in a cheeky kind of way and very informative. The latter can do with some improvement in terms of less clutter.

  2. @ Anthony – yes I have been htitting the gym 6x/week consistently for the past 3 months now… gotta get in shape for the pool parties at IZEA Fest. 🙂

@ SEI Design Group – I will shoot you my address – thanks!

  3. Yo, your forearms are looking good man! Looks like you definitely have the body type to get some serious muscle gains…

    Nice shirt. 😉

  4. I agree with Israel…your arms look quite beefy 🙂

Anyways, Israel is a great guy…although I haven’t talked to him for a long time, I remember when he first started that blog. Motivation and Dedication is the key.

  5. The t-shirt looks great but i just visited the site and although many posts are funny to read i found no real valuable content to get more successful at loosing weight.

  6. @ Warenwirtschaft, in a way you are correct, but in a way you are wrong. If you use the search you will see that I have posted a lot of info on my weight loss, workout routine, nutrition. Maybe try using the categories? The most recent posts are more observations and informational, but I will be getting back to basics and breaking things down as well.
