Unique Blog Designs presents… The New Shoemoney

About a week ago, right after the launch of UBD and the redesigned John Chow theme, I received an email from Shoemoney who was interested in updating the look of his blog.
Shoemoney wanted to retain his basic layout, but polish it up with some web 2.0 goodness and add a few new features. Shoemoney is somewhat of a PHP guru so we were able to get his theme coded, tested, and configured real quickly.
What you see above is the finished product. You can read more about the design here.
Special thanks to Shoemoney for the design opportunity and also thanks to my super-awesome WP coder, Chris at PSDChopstick.com.

Congrats Nate. This was better thn ur previous work :p
Success leads to success and high profile clients lead to credibility.
This is a real slamdunk for you Nate. UBD just seems to be exploding.
very nice Nate !! Really a great job
Shoemoney and JC did the right thing coming to you Nate….really nice design, good job, keep those requests coming people…you know who to consult!
Great designs for both sites and your site too…
i think i will need to get one at some stage when my blog gets enough traffic
Congrats on another high profile client, Nate. Well done!
So you know, I’ve launched your kind donation via my 1 year anniversary giveaway. It’s linked to through my name.
Cheers bud.
I hear Nate is redesigning Yahoo.com next…but ssssssssh on that one
I really like the new Shoemoney design. Great job!
Another score for Nate. Congrats buddy - the blogosphere really is your oyster.
Very good work Nate. You guys have definately started that site with a bang!
That is quite the impressive list of clientèle. Especially considering UBD is a relatively new design firm. Good job on the design.
I think it looks great - not a radical revision, as you say, just adds an update ‘feel’ to the whole site. Two thumbs up!
Nate, you are a machine man, can’t wait to see my finished design now
How much work have you been getting now that you’ve down blog designs for two big time bloggers? John Chow and Shoemoney have about a combined total of around 18,000 RSS subscribers, so I assume out of those 18k readers some of them have contacted you about getting a blog design done (and of course there are a lot of people that read their blogs that may not even subscribe to their feeds too).
Do you design vBulletin themes by chance (just the look, but not the coding perhaps?) I know it’s UniqueBlogDesigns, but perhaps you do designs for forums as well. Perhaps I’ll just email you…
Great job on landing ShoeMoney.
That looks great.
I would say you are officially ‘famous’ in the blogosphere now.
cool, i didnt even notice the change on shoemoney until i read the post about it.
Very impressive nate…
nate, that was some good additional touch you gave to shoemoney and you guys were impressive within hours you got the site all ready with the new layout and screenshot!
I’m not usually a fan of 3-column layouts, but it looks cool - well done!
Is it just me, or are all the bog blogs getting redesigns done?
I’ve suddenly become a fan of the 3 column header and footer.. And JC and Shoemoney certainly got me motivated. Great job!
Wow…That is an awesome looking theme. Maybe when I am making thousands of dollars on my blog, I will get a unique theme. Very nice though.
Wow i love that design. I think i may use your service for i site that i’m going to start up this winter
very nice Nate !! Really a great job!is was better thn ur previous work
