Great post about goals. I have so far just focused on getting my business of the ground and have also just made it past the first year as a full timer. Last year I had goals but never really formalized them. This year I’m going to make a top 5 list. My top 2 are:

My goals for 2008 are to open my language school and to complete 100 website translations.

Of course, whenever you are involved with something you are passionate about, you can see your personal productivity skyrocket. A lot of people with great potential fail to tap it as a result of having a job which does not challenge them, which doesn’t make them feel good about themselves, and that is simply a shame.

I am saving my goals and plans for a separate post. I always like these posts because people can follow your progress and learn from how you accomplished goals. For instance, one of my goals is to blog 3-4x per week in 2008.
