Compared with Mac OS X 10.4, Windows Vista feels clunky and not very intuitive, almost as though it’s still based on DOS (or at least the internal logic that made up DOS).

    So far I’ve found Vista to be disappointing. Coming from a zippy Windows XP installation, that same hardware is now bogged by the weight of Vista. New versions have always come with a price in performance on existing hardware but this one really strikes me as particularly painful. I’m finding Vista a tough one to justify.
